I entered the fence industry in 1980. I was a high school math teacher in Louisville, KY. and received an opportunity to be a regional manager for one of the largest fence manufacturers in the USA. Becky and I with our 10 month old son packed up and moved to Tennessee. I stayed in the fence manufacturing industry for 7 years and, then, went into the retail/installation side of fencing.
I have installed fences all over the USA from California to Boston, from Texas & New Mexico to Chicago & Detroit. I have installed fence at the Smithsonian, the Pentagon, nuclear plants, many military bases and places I cannot reveal for national security purposes. I have installed fence in Haiti, Madagascar and Barbados. I now have 6 grandchildren and just do not feel like traveling any longer. So, it seemed wise to just stay home in Nashville, operate my business from my home and play with the grandchildren as they seem to be over here frequently as Gran always is willing to allow them to come in. When my sons were at Lipscomb University, Becky always kept food in the refrigerator as she said they would always come home to eat (and they did). Now, she always keeps treats as the grandkids come in wanting a snack. Funny how our goals and perspectives change as we get older and wiser.
We have the highest BBB rating available. We also have a Tennessee Home Improvement license which is required by TN law. We had to provide an insurance bond to the State of TN in order to receive our license. This insurance bond protects you if we do not meet your expectations. Our license number is 00007009. I also have a lot of insurance covering our trucks, workers compensation and liability. Once, again, protecting you as our customer. Our insurance agent will gladly email you a copy of our insurance coverage.
Please call us at any time. There are times Randy or I cannot answer the phone due to being in a meeting, on a sales call or after hours. Several years ago, I recognized there are many people looking on the internet for fence companies at any time of the 24 hour period and believed the solution was to have a professional answering service available at all times when Randy and I cannot answer. We would rather answer but know it is not always possible. If the answering service takes your call, please provide the kind lady your contact information and the best time for us to call you back. They will text and email the information to us. Either Randy or I will get back to you in the order the calls come in. The answering service granted us the ability to answer 24/7 so that anyone looking on the internet could call no matter the time of day.
Randy runs the majority of estimates. He will gladly come to your home, meet you and learn your needs. He will return a formal price to you via email. We like emails. Emails sure make it easy to communicate at all hours. You can view the pricing at any place and any time to your convenience. We do not call you back and hound you as we want you to make an informed decision without the hassle of a sales person constantly following up. We are not high pressure. We want you to be comfortable with your decision.

RANDY BARNES
Randy Barnes grew up in the Inglewood area of Nashville, TN and graduating from Stratford High School.
His fence experience began in 1985 when he was employed at Merchants Metals, a premier nationwide fence manufacturer and distributor on Dickerson Road. http://www.merchantsmetals.com/
Randy began as an employee working in the warehouse and inventory yard loading and unloading materials. He gained knowledge and experience and was utilized in every aspect of the distribution center – from handling materials to delivery truck service. He literally started at the bottom, climbed his way up the corporate ladder and was promoted in 2001 to the Assistant Manager’s position of the Nashville distribution center. Randy earned and was awarded “Salesman of the Year” in 2005 & 2006.
Randy began employment at Titan in 2008. Thus, he moved from the manufacturing/wholesale distribution portion of the fence industry into fence retail/installation.
